Buggie's Lesson.

Once the rain has fallen down,
and everythings a drip,
It's fun to watch the buggies float,
on leaves they use as ships.
The little rivers flow down hill,
the buggies set their course,
before the waterfall which spills,
they steer their little boats ashore.
and dock them in the mushy muck
They seem to have a sailor's luck,
and Davy Jones won't get to keep,
their little souls are safe from him,
and to the shore they dock and creep.
Then dissappear without a whim,
at how they saved themselves a bath,
into the forest green composed
of giant blades of grass.
As we watch this battle won,
and see the buggies stay alive,
we marvel at their brave resolve,
ere though they are of tiny size,
and say a prayer that we can have the strength,
when trouble falls our way.
Of the buggies and their little ships,
who stay alive that day.
